Who is responsible
This site, mygreece.online, is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact for anything privacy-related: contact@mygreece.online.
What we collect, and why
If you send an enquiry (contact or partner form): your name, email address, optionally your phone number, business name and island or region, and your message. It is stored in our database and delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your request (steps prior to a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in answering. Not sold, not shared, not added to a mailing list.
We do not run user accounts, we do not have a newsletter, and we do not build profiles of readers.
Third parties
Some pages embed or link to services that receive your IP address when their content loads and may set their own cookies: Google Analytics, Stay22 (accommodation maps and links) and GetYourGuide (tours and tickets). When you click a partner link and book, the partner processes your booking data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@mygreece.online. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted.
Where the data is
Our database is hosted in the European Union. Some processors (Google, Web3Forms, WhatsApp) may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
