Vagia Beach

Παραλία Βάγια

⛱️ Sunbeds & umbrellas👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly

Vagia is a small sandy cove on the north-east coast, between Souvala and Agia Marina, with a couple of tavernas above it and a short pier for fishing boats. It is the sort of beach Aegina regulars keep to themselves: sand rather than shingle, water that stays shallow, pines on the slope behind and a fraction of the crowd Agia Marina gets. Sunbeds appear in season. You need a car, a scooter or the island bus, which stops on the main road a few minutes' walk above the bay.
