Archaeological Collection of Amorgos

Αρχαιολογική Συλλογή Αμοργού

A small collection housed in a sixteenth-century tower house in Chora, with finds from the island's three ancient cities — Minoa, Arkesini and Aigiali — including Early Cycladic marble, inscriptions and grave goods. It takes twenty minutes and it is the thing that turns three scattered hilltop sites into one story. The building itself is worth the visit.
