Dimosari Gorge
Φαράγγι Δημοσάρη
The best walk in southern Greece that most people have never heard of: a marked path drops from the saddle below Mount Ochi through plane trees, stone bridges and a string of waterfalls and pools to the sea at Kallianou. About ten kilometres, three to four hours, almost all downhill, with water the whole way. The usual arrangement is a taxi to the top and a swim at the bottom. Do not attempt it after heavy rain.
