A farming hamlet on a high plateau north of Olympos, a handful of low stone houses among terraced fields that the Olympos families still work seasonally. For much of the year almost nobody sleeps here. There are one or two tavernas in summer and a track on to Vrougounda. It is the emptiest inhabited place on Karpathos and the drive up is worth it for that alone.
