Palatia, Saria

Παλάτια Σαρίας

🎟️ Free entry

Saria is the uninhabited island off the northern tip, separated from Karpathos by a narrow strait, and Palatia is its bay — a sandy landing with the ruins of a settlement behind it, including vaulted stone buildings once used by a community of fishermen. Boats run from Diafani in summer when the sea allows. Nothing is sold and no one lives there; take everything, including shade.
