Towers of Paleopolis
Πύργοι Παλαιόπολης
Two Gattilusi towers on the shore just east of the sanctuary, built partly out of ancient marble robbed from the ruins next door — you can still pick out column drums in the walls. They stand among the remains of the ancient city of Samothrace, whose circuit wall climbs the hill behind. Free to walk around, five minutes from the museum car park.
