Makrylies Beach

Παραλία Μακρυλιές

🤿 Good snorkelling👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly

A small pebble cove on the quiet south-west side, below the hamlet of the same name and about fifteen minutes by road from the port. It is shallow near the shore, sheltered from the north wind that spoils the other coast, and usually almost empty. There are no sunbeds and no taverna on the beach itself, which is exactly why people who are staying in Kamariotissa drive here rather than crossing the island.
